Choose your own wax to make your treatment individual

At Fusion Touch we use Songbird Massage Waxes, which are a unique blend of Beeswax and Natural ingredients for a supreme massage experience – both for the therapist and the massaged!  They present as a semi-solid formula which melts immediately onto the skin and provides a working surface that delivers control, smoothness and a perfect finish – without spills, mess and waste.

This is a fantastic wax for sports massage! allows really deep muscle work without too much friction.

It has a lemony/leathery scent – making it neither herbal or floral and so excellent for use on male and female clients.

The essential oils in this formula are Manuka from the same plant as the Manuka honey and Lemon, a high quality Calendula Paste from New Zealand and St Johns Wort.

The Unscented Massage Wax has no essential oils in the formula, and is simply for those who don’t want a scent in the treatment.

The consistency, performance and viscosity is the same as the other Massage Waxes.

The Unscented Massage Wax still has the Arnica Oil in it for regeneration of the skin and help with bruising along with Natural Vitamin E.

Lovely fragrance, light and fresh, not too floral and loved by both female and male patients.

The Women’s Blend is a balancing blend of essential oils. The scent of Geranium is balanced out perfectly by the musky regal Frankincense along with citrusy uplifting bergamot and natural vitamin E.

It’s this balance which makes Women’s Blend really special.

Orange Spice is a good all round massage wax, being liked by both men and women. It is particularly good for those in training, like dancers and athletes.  The Nutmeg, Cardamon and Clove Oils add the spice to the formula and they create a gentle warming effect, making it a useful warming massage wax.

It is rich, luxuriant, spicy and of course full of citrus aromas.

Most popular for its deep healing and calming scent.

This Massage Wax is formulated with French Lavender Oil. Loved by both men and women. It’s cleansing properties make it ideal for use as an all over massage wax and also used on the feet as a Reflexology Wax.

The Lavender comes from the Drome, Vanclause and Haut ‘d Alps region in France, where it is bought directly from the farm and is quality assured.

zestZest Massage Wax is a light, gentle, refreshing and uplifting citrus massage wax containing Lime and Mandarin. As it is light on the essential oil, it falls well below the latest regulatory requirements for a ‘leave on’ product, making it suitable for pregnancy massage as well. We are sure you’ll enjoy the subtle and zesty zing.

relaxationRelaxation Massage wax has a particularly unusual scent, best described as a little like straw, a little like grass and a little like earth and vegetation. It is a two step scent – in that to get to the deeply relaxing and earthy combination that the essential oils give, you need to give yourself deeply to the scent and move through the first impressions to the second, very earthy core of the combination. This is the deepest kind of relaxation.

Part of the earthy quality of the Relaxation Massage Wax comes from the Vetivert,

A deep unique relaxing smell.

Herbal Lift harnesses the properties of herbs to create an uplifting blend of essential oils within the Massage Wax. The scent of the blend is intended to clear the mind and stimulate mental activity – to combat mental fatigue. Mental clarity, alertness and vigour restoration are associated with these oils.

Origanum adds a spicy element to the lively mix and creates an aroma jacket to hold in the herbal. You can get this herby undercurrent just under the spice. Rosemary is associated with memory retention and retrieval of stored memories via its scent.

This wax is often associated with therapeutic work involving fatigue and tiredness.

The most floral and exotic of the blended massage waxes. The blend of Neroli, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang and Jasmine makes for a sensual and heady mix of  flowery scents.

Jasmine is relaxing and warming – both emotionally and physically –  and is sometimes used as an oil for post-natal recovery work.

Sandalwood was added for its slightly astringent and highly perfumed scent.

Ylang Ylang complements with its sedative and calming properties.

Is a woody blend wax for those who don’t like a floral scent in their massage wax. It is best described as piney, smokey,  woody and  foresty.  It’s a blend which best comes into its own when heated through massage on the skin, when the rich notes of Sandalwood and cedar pour out.

This Is a very minty and fresh wax.

The mint is used both as a refreshing Foot Massage and Reflexology medium. The essential oils are Spearmint, Peppermint. Both Spearmint and Peppermint are cooling, cleansing and stimulating,

facialThis wax gives the right amount of grip into the connective tissue, allowing the therapist to manipulate it in a wide variety of ways –  lengthening, differentiating and mobilising it.

Fascial Release Wax is used extensively in Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Sports and Remedial Massage. It is also the medium of choice for therapists who prefer a tighter grip for deep tissue work and the extra control it gives.

Bringing a subtle lemony scent along with calendula and manuka aromas.
