I have had multiple massages from Virginia and have benefited so much from these and from her professional advice on after care. She is professional, caring and fun but respects your personal wishes if you want to be quiet and relax into the massage. I have no reservations in recommending Virginia as an excellent therapist. The massages are absolutely brilliant. I have regular massages here as they are excellent and extremely relaxing. It’s always tailored to my specific areas of concern. I run a lot and have tight calves and hamstrings, and the deep tissue massage really works!

I came to see Virginia over a year ago with Chronic back pain due to my manual job where I do a lot of lifting. I had been suffering with a bad back for many years and never did anything about it and i seemed to be getting worse and I was unable to sleep from the pain in my shoulders and lower back. I was recommended to come and see Virginia and she has helped me considerably. She listened to my problem and did a thorough assessment of my back. After the treatment the tension and pain in my back reduced considerably. She said I may feel a bit sore afterwards and should settle down, which it did. I came back to her for a few more treatments and now just see her for maintenance and I must say I feel like a new person. Virginia helped me out when I was having issues with my I. T band when running.
